news 22.08.2010: Flying in a wingsuit over water is a scary thing. But it can be done as was proved by eight Swiss skydivers who took the shortest way to cross the lake of Thun by flying from Sigriswil to Spiez in freefall. It took the divers up to 149 seconds to cover the 4.2 km distance out of 14'000ft altitude, and all landed safely in the destined grass zone.

news 14.08.10: That was it...DropZone33! Thanks to Rebi and Ray for the great organization of this boogie at Saanen, Gstaad, Switzerland. Many great skydiving jumps where done and big parties took place every evening. So it's a shame, that these events will not happen anymore !!!

news 10.08.10: On Thursday morning the three BASE jumpers, Alex, Markus and Oliver went up from Col du Pillon to the Scex Rouge and walked over the glacier to the Quille du Diable. After the jumpers got ready to jump from the high cliff, the Pilatus Porter plane with several photographers on board flow by and took great images. The jumpers enjoyed a long proximity flight down the valley. They showed their flight paths’ by means of smoke cans to the fascinated spectators on the ground.

news 08.08.10: Flying high in the sky with good friends is always a lot of fun. Oliver and Elena did a tandem skydive over the beautiful maintain area Saanen, Gstaad in the Berner Oberland. The sunset dive was spectacular with all jumpers flying side by side in freefall, followed by a save landing!

news 18.07.10: During the first team training jump at Colombier airport (close to the city of Neuchatel, Switzerland), Markus experienced a canopy malfunction. He had to cut away the main parachute and land in a corn field using his reserve canopy. Thanks to the local Fire Brigade, Markus and his tangled main parachute were rescued from a tree at 20 meters height. An unfortunate incident with a with HAPPY END...

news 07.07.10: It was a perfect day with no clouds, warm temperature, light wind and nice colleagues to climb the Eiger mountain. The way up was icy and it was difficult  to reach the BASE jumping exit point called "HEIGER". Once the team finally arrived, it was rewarded with an extraordinary view from the top! Oliver jumped with his wingsuit and managed to stay in the air for 2 minutes 35 seconds until landing safely at Grindelwald Grund. Evaluation showed that this was Oliver’s longest proximity flight ever.

news 27.06.10: At the freefly summer training, the PULSEteam did a "early bird" jumped over Bellechasse, Switzerland. It was fantastic to fly over the lake area and enjoy the sunrise in freefall.

news 24.06.10: After searching for hours the right spot to jump, the 4 BASE-Boys opened an new exit point at the "Selbsanft" mountain in Switzerland. Each jumper could fly with there wingsuit's down the valley for over one minutes.

news 08.05.10: The first wingsuit training day was hold at Grenchen with Reto and Peter. Both skydivers are going to get ready for the Birdman-Challenge competition in July at Evuvillens.

news: On 04.05.10 Oliver gave a presentation at Dozwil-Kesswil-Uttwil high school during the “Elternsicht" evening. He spoke about how teenagers can get involved in full-time sports after school; how parents can support their children and their interests, and the criteria it takes for them to turn their interest into a career. Oliver’s power point presentation and short video clips from his life as a skydiver, showed different ways on how to get kids on the right track.
